Three- they have to replicate exactly the same situation and feel when they throw in tournaments. Lots of them, so I am told, even wear the same shoes etc. when practicing as playing for the same reason.

In the first half of the draw, Clayton will potentially play Price in the quarter finals. I fancy Van Den Bergh to reach the semis to play the winner of those two, so he could be a good each way bet. Same as Wade who also has a relatively kind draw.
In the other half, I can’t see past a Van Gerwen v Wright semi final. If Wright doesn’t keep changing his darts I think he will win the tournament.
